Role Overview
- Provides night shift support for rocket motor mixing and casting
- Implements process improvements to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Solves complex, multi-disciplinary technical challenges
- Supports all onsite propellant and warhead compositions while working toward specific performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant engineer experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related engineer experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related engineer experience.
- Computer skills sufficient to generate reports and analyze data using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Minitab.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Statistical Analysis experience.
- Understands rocket propulsion component(s) and theory of operation.
- Experience working with Energetics and DOD contracts.
