Collaborates with Project Manager and business stakeholders on complex large project timelines, identifying critical path, resource assignments, risks, and dependencies.
Resolves application development and operational production support problems of complex scope through cross-functional team participation.
Serves as key technical resource with areas of specialization.
Responsible for larger initiatives such as transitioning to new technologies.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
5 years experience in programming analysis
Operational support experience
Experience with programming languages
Python, C#, Java Script, PL Sql
Expert with AWS Cloud technologies
Experience with ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcFM products
Experience with Scaled agile methodologies, Dev Sec Ops standards
Experience with ITSM processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management
Experience with ESRI Utility network solutions
