Establish, develop, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensure day-to-day needs are met.
Work alongside Client Success and SAE roles to manage and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams (e.g., customer service, technical support, clinical staff).
Support the preparation of presentations, business reviews, and product training to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and technical information.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare industry serving employers.
A Bachelor's degree
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle deadline pressures to deliver on-time and delight clients.
