Support and negotiate revenue-generating agreements that enable the Company’s sales, partnerships and go to market teams.
Negotiate and advise on inbound vendor and procurement agreements.
Manage a high volume of commercial transactions and drive deal velocity.
Provide clear, pragmatic guidance on legal issues arising in commercial transactions.
Collaborate closely with sales, deal desk, partnerships, privacy, procurement, security, product, and engineering.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Company’s commercial legal resources, including playbooks, templates, policies, and workflows.
Requirements
3-5+ years of relevant experience practicing commercial law, either in-house
at a technology company or within the corporate or technology transactions department of a
reputable law firm.
Strong contract drafting skills with attention to precision and clarity.
Demonstrated experience negotiating technology and commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties.
Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of internal processes and resources.
Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and integrity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
