About this role
Role Overview
Own the channel strategy and 'how to win' agenda
Translate category opportunities and innovation plans into channel specific playbooks
Build and refresh Channel playbooks, Outlet Standards, Selling stories, and Scorecards for sales execution
Track channel KPIs, produce regular performance readouts, diagnose gaps, and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate inputs from Category Development, Sales and Brand teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5-8+ years in channel strategy, category management, sales strategy, trade marketing or commercial planning (CPG/spirits preferred)
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into practical execution standards and sales tools
Strong analytical skills (opportunity sizing, performance diagnosis) and disciplined project management
Effective cross-functional collaboration and include without authority
Strong communication skills; able to build clear, customer ready narratives.
