Lead carrier integration execution for assigned acquisitions and offices as the primary point of contact.
Partner with acquired offices to plan and execute carrier appointment migrations and operational transitions.
Provide pre‑integration guidance to acquired offices to ensure readiness for carrier changes.
Coordinate with carrier partners to migrate existing appointments into new carrier structures.
Manage carrier‑related timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness milestones across multiple offices.
Offer direction and support to junior coordinators or project resources as needed.
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve carrier‑related risks impacting revenue or operations.
Prepare executive‑ready status updates, risk summaries, and recommendations while contributing to continuous improvement of integration playbooks and processes.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in carrier operations, integrations, onboarding, or project coordination.
Strong, hands‑on experience with carrier appointment migrations and onboarding workflows.
Proven ability to lead execution across offices, carrier partners, and cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated ownership of workstreams with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in insurance or other regulated industries.
Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and workflow management tools.
