Build and lead the legal operations function from the ground up, establishing the operating model, roadmap, KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Own and optimize the legal technology ecosystem, including CLM, e-billing, matter management, entity management, knowledge management, and workflow systems.
Lead legals AI strategy, including use-case identification, governance standards, responsible deployment, and ongoing evaluation.
Architect scalable data infrastructure (taxonomy, metadata, integrations) to enable analytics, reporting, forecasting, and AI-enabled performance.
Redesign and standardize end-to-end legal workflows, implement centralized intake and triage, and strengthen documentation hygiene and audit readiness.
Build knowledge management systems, templates, playbooks, and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and business enablement.
Drive cross-functional operational alignment with Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and business teams.

5-10+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, corporate operations, or related strategic roles.
Hands-on experience implementing legal technology platforms (CLM, e-billing, workflow/matter management systems).
Well-informed viewpoints on how AI can transform the corporate legal function.
Strong program and project management capabilities.
Experience building processes, systems, or operational functions from inception.
Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
Experience in high-growth or evolving environments preferred.
