Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in experiential marketing and production.
Strong pitching and presentation skills.
Experience leading long show runs and complex activations.
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
Experience working in an agency environment preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and presentation platforms (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides); familiarity with Notion and Airtable is a plus.
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation, writing, and editing skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
