Partner with Technical Talent Partner and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for technical roles
Attend role intake meetings to understand profile & talent requirements & targets
Build targeted searches in Linkedin Recruiter that filter top talent at competing and relevant companies
Draft and send thoughtful outreaches to candidates that will engage even the most passive talent
Act as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach until the initial Recruiter Screen
ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at the top-of-funnel stage
Take a highly organized and data driven approach to candidate tracking and funnel metrics for weekly reporting
Assist with other ad-hoc projects on the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements
4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent within Engineering, Product, and Business Systems teams
Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent at a high-growth tech company
with a strong understanding of modern programming languages
Track record of delivering high candidate volume across a wide variety of roles simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and care to each stakeholder and candidate in process
Advanced experience with Linkedin Recruiter and its AI features
Prior experience with Juicebox/PeopleGPT is an advantage
Prior experience with reporting sourcing metrics
Ability to source talent creatively from multiple sources (not just Linkedin Recruiter)
