Create content across digital and select non-digital formats, and repurpose it across email, social media, web, and other channels as needed.
Maintain and regularly update IYF’s website, ensuring content is accurate, timely, accessible, and aligned with brand and messaging standards.
Identify and execute incremental improvements to the website that enhance clarity, engagement, and conversion.
Manage social media publishing cadence across priority platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and posting.
Monitor and report on social performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine content and cadence.
Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop campaign content that supports nurture journeys, fundraising efforts, and partner engagement.
Support email and campaign content creation, including drafting copy, adapting messaging for different audiences, and coordinating with marketing operations.
Produce light design and video editing work (e.g., simple graphics, short videos, basic layout), leveraging contractors or external partners for more complex creative needs.
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and brand across all channels.
Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital content, content marketing, or communications
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content across channels and audiences
Experience managing and updating websites using a CMS
Hands-on experience managing social media channels and analyzing performance metrics
Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience collaborating with lifecycle or growth marketing teams
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive content practices
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Strong cross-cultural communication and competency
Excellent computer skills using MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
