Account Management and Territory Planning: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Travel daily in your territory as required to customer locations to maximize potential of full geography.
Develop account plans outlining strategies for achieving client objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as management, marketing, and clinical specialists, to align strategies and deliver value.
Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships by effectively communicating our value proposition with key stakeholders across multiple call points in the assigned clinical settings.
Forecasting and Reporting: Provide periodic and accurate forecasting.
Create and maintain customer records within TSC Life’s CRM database.
Product Knowledge and Training: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Complete regular training sessions to ensure you remain knowledgeable about all products and their value propositions.
Requirements
Associate degree with 5 years sales experience or bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of ICU and/or OR medical device sales experience.
Experience selling endoscopes or patient warming products is desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated sales success (awards, promotions, and rapid territory growth) in previous roles.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
High level of business acumen – strategic planning, analytics, presenting, follow up.
Ability to meet all vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems.
Must live in assigned territory and manage up to 40% travel.
