Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including pre-award, award, modifications, execution, compliance, and closeout
Review, interpret, and advise leadership on prime contracts, subcontracts, contract modifications, NDAs and Teaming Agreements
Serve as the lead and point of contact for all C. Mack Solutions contractual matters, both internally and externally
Develop and maintain working relationships with our government Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and our teaming partners to facilitate collaborative solutions and contracting opportunities
Own our GSA and other contract vehicle management, audits, and associated reporting requirements
Support the management of Joint Venture (JV) and Contract Teaming Agreement (CTA) structures, including compliance, invoicing relationships, and reporting
Ensure company compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), DFARS, and small business regulations
Review and provide guidance on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), and general support for capture and proposal teams
Support program and finance teams with contract setup, funding tracking, deliverables, and reporting requirements
Monitor contract performance to ensure our teams exceed requirements and deliver on schedule
Identify and mitigate contractual and organizational risks through proactive review and analysis of terms and conditions
Maintain organized and compliant contract files in accordance with company and government standards
Requirements
Minimum of 5 – 7 years in U.S. Government contracting
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Proven experience managing contract negotiations, modifications, and compliance reviews
Strong understanding of small business contracting, Joint Ventures, and Teaming Agreements
Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance or higher (US Citizenship Required)
Working knowledge of Unanet or similar federal timekeeping system (i.e., CostPoint)
