Commercial Projects Manager

Role Overview

• Project Management Ownership of project management for the Commercial Strategy team
• Managing communications with stakeholders for actions and updates
• Providing updates and reporting for the team and wider management
• Coordinating content and promotional campaigns
• Working closely with the publishing teams and the sales teams to coordinate content and promotional inventory
• Ensuring timely approvals on copy and creative for sponsorship/promotional integrations (eg. within newsletters)
• Managing supply chains
• Coordinating suppliers and distribution partners for our physical products
• Providing status updates and tracking dependencies across various workflows
• Managing queries around order fulfilment
• Responding to / triaging initial sales enquiries

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Project Management and/or Operations focused role, ideally within the media industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines and stakeholders
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear plans, workflows, and deliverables
• Confident using project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace)
