Champion a consistent, high-quality pitch process by standardizing templates and codifying case studies.
Directly manage or mentor at least one junior member of the Growth team.

12+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, with at least 7 years in a senior new business or growth role.
Significant experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment, with direct responsibility for business development.
Depth of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Demonstrated success leading RFIs, RFPs, and pitch processes at an agency.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint — not to design, but to shape narratives, critique design quality, and ensure storytelling flows seamlessly.
Fluency in pharma/biotech brand lifecycles and core stakeholders, especially patient/caregiver and HCP audiences.
Proven project management expertise with ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under tight deadlines.
Comfort working directly with executive leadership and guiding cross-functional teams.
A portfolio of work (presentations, case studies, proposals) that demonstrates both strategic thinking and creative flair.
