Define and lead Pebl’s AI first growth strategy across Sales Led and Product Led funnels aligning marketing, product, and revenue teams around a unified growth vision.
Build and optimize a unified funnel from first touch through revenue, retention, and expansion.
Own marketing and growth technology ecosystems, including data infrastructure, automation , modeling, analytics platforms, and reporting.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable executive visibility into pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV, and growth efficiency– ensuring consistent definitions across teams.
Manage multi-million dollar marketing and growth budgets with clear accountability for return on investment.
Lead annual planning, quarterly budgeting, and revenue forecasting in partnership with Finance and Sales.
Design and maintain a clear experimentation framework to drive continuous funnel improvement.
Implement and scale modern analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude, and related platforms.
Build executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product around shared growth metrics and definitions.
Ensure operational rigor while empowering teams to move quickly and execute with confidence.
Requirements
15 or more years of experience in growth, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience leading both Sales Led and Product Led growth motions simultaneously.
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar budgets with measurable performance outcomes.
Deep experience in planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of global expansion, HR technology, or Employer of Record models preferred.
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing modern growth technology stacks.
Experience building and leading high performing cross functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with fluency in metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
