Strong experience as a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar).
Experience in end-to-end business process automation projects.
Knowledge of programming logic and development best practices.
Experience integrating via APIs, databases, and web services.
Previous experience working as a contractor (PJ), with good time management and delivery skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
Certifications on RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Experience with orchestrators, queues, and bot monitoring.
Knowledge of Python, .NET, or another language used to support automations.
Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and a product-oriented culture.
