Role Overview
- Manage virtual and in-person ABAT cohort setup and participant communications
- Support participant queries through the ABAT Support mailbox
- Coordinate availability and cohort scheduling with partner Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Conduct follow-up with customers for stories and evidence post-ABAT
Requirements
- Project management experience, preferably in event coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing virtual and in-person events
- Ability to handle participant inquiries and provide effective support
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and collaboration
