- primary, on-site support specialist for IT systems at multiple program facilities across VOAOHIN
- staff focused while providing excellent end user support
- process improvement for Volunteers of America OH & IN operations
- involved in various stages of project planning, deployment and delivery of onsite tasks
- exposure to dust, cabling, and equipment in tight spaces
- requires working under desks, in equipment rooms, and other confined spaces
- travel required
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- flexibility including evenings, weekends (On Call), and some holidays
- Moderate travel, (20%-40%)
