About this role
Role Overview
Ensure that urgent ticketing queues, exchange queue, void queue, refund queue and error queue are being worked on throughout the day
Ensure when turning ticketing queues over to the next shift that all PNR’s from their shift are cleared out
Be logged into Airline call back queue throughout duration of shift
Contact carriers when tickets need to be opened, waivers need to be obtained, and for situations that occur which cannot be handled internally
Conduct routine research of travel industry changes, trends and offerings to work with the most up-to-date information
Maintain a professional friendly attitude and demeanor while assisting coworkers/agents
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of corporate travel consultant experience
Ability to learn new processes and procedures and effectively apply them to meet client needs
Good verbal and written communication skills
