Role Overview
- Process and manage the referral of loans in the foreclosure-eligible delinquency portfolio
- Complete timely and accurate reviews of past-due loans
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and guidelines
- Conduct research and review prior servicer payment histories
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper approval for the foreclosure process
Requirements
- A combined 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ banking/mortgage industry experience
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and email software
- Detail oriented
- Must possess strong problem solving skills
- Motivated, team player with a positive and friendly attitude
