Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor the Community Banking Associate team to achieve performance expectations, uphold standards, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and communication
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service experiences and resolve inquiries and service deficiencies promptly and accurately
Maintain precision in balancing and managing vault, office currency, and coin levels while ensuring adherence to controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance
Facilitate office-wide success by guiding the team to identify sales opportunities and make referrals to other departments or services
Mitigate risks by ensuring strict compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect the bank and customers
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as a Community Banking Associate (teller) or a comparable position with demonstrated understanding of operational banking functions
Strong leadership and management skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Effective communication
High school diploma or equivalent required
Capacity to lift and move currency/coin (up to 50 lbs.)
