Role Overview
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests
- Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Play a significant role in the leasing and marketing process at their community
- Develop and implement engaging activities, events, and programs that foster community spirit
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing resident inquiries
- Promote a safe and secure living environment by adhering to community policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about campus resources and services
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events
- Ability to be on-call for emergencies
- Current account is in good standing (if current resident).
