About this role
Role Overview
Support corporate and office-specific human resources functions
Responsible for leave administration company-wide
Assist employees and supervisors through the leave process
Liaise with the third-party provider
Support new hire orientation and onboarding process
Provide day-to-day HR support for employees
Cultivate a positive work environment through superior customer service
Respond to employees’ requests for leave and educate on policies
Track employee leaves and assist with leave questions
Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Coordinate with IT for onboarding and offboarding
Assist with payroll/HRIS actions
Generate HR reports as needed
Create and/or maintain operating procedures
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of direct HR experience
At least three (3) recent years of leave administration
At least three (3) years of experience with new employee orientation
Background in benefits administration or support
Experience supporting supervisors with personnel issues
HR experience in a professional services environment/AEC industry is preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
High school diploma required; degree in HR or related field a plus
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (MVR will be required)
