Manage the Office of the President while partnering with leaders across the organization
Oversee complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, serving as the primary bridge between executive leadership, the Board of Directors, member institutions, and key external partners
Provide guidance and oversight to the Board of Directors and its committees
Ensure compliance with fiduciary and regulatory requirements
Requirements
10+ years of progressively more responsible experience in leadership and management
Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite leaders, board members, and external partners
Outstanding judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
Experience managing board relations and preparing governance materials
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or similar degree.
10+ years of experience in management consulting, project management or strategy with a focus on organizational effectiveness.
