Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
12+ years of health digital experience in an agency setting
Deep pharmaceutical marketing expertise (HCP, patient, caregiver)—with experience in omnichannel campaigns and regulatory environments.
A proven track record of leading digital marketing strategy across large, matrixed accounts in healthcare or pharma.
Expertise in orchestrating integrated digital ecosystems—from web and CRM to paid, earned, and owned media.
Fluency in MLR processes and comfort working within highly regulated spaces.
Strong executive presence with consultative skills and client-facing experience at the senior-most levels.
