About this role
Role Overview
responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of our existing and potential clients
consultative sales support function
work closely with the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams to develop the right solutions
participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients
develop solutions that are technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive, and that the customer will be willing to buy
Requirements
12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services
at least 5 years at a Director Level
prior experience in revenue cycle consulting
ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.
