About this role

Serve as an Account Executive for middle-market commercial P&C accounts
Handle all aspects of client lifecycle: marketing, placement, coverage analysis, endorsements, and compliance
Collaborate with producers to craft renewal strategies and deliver insights that drive retention and growth
Apply technical expertise to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers
Partner with engineers to integrate automation and AI into client service workflows
Uphold and evolve Arvor’s client service playbook
Provide feedback to product/engineering to shape new tools
Pilot new AI-driven systems, sharing insights on usability and impact
Model curiosity, adaptability, and precision in every aspect of work

7+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts)
Deep understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines)
Proven success managing a book of complex accounts
Strong communication and analytical skills
Active, current P&C License (advanced designations a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving environments
