Role Overview
- Secure air, car and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies
- Ensure that all aspects of booked travel (domestic and international) adhere to all government travel regulations
- Validate that a high quality of accommodation and transportation is secured
- Maintain all queues throughout the day
- Initiate cancellation or reservation change processes to their completion
- Provide updates to client agencies regarding their travel status
- Conduct routine research on travel industry changes
- Maintain a professional customer service attitude at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, with some post-high school education
- Travel industry experience
- Proactive approach to systems and processes
- Working knowledge of WorldSpan and SABRE GDS
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Positive attitude
