Maintain data hygiene in Ashby (our ATS) so pipeline visibility is accurate.
Requirements
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years on GTM roles in enterprise software or regulated industries.
A proven ability to source and close passive candidates for senior, hard-to-fill roles.
Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tooling—ATS (Ashby experience a plus), and sourcing automation tools like Gem or Clay.
Strong hiring manager partnership skills.
Exceptional written communication.
