Source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms
Recruit for both business-critical and high-volume sales roles, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure an excellent, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Create and present recruitment reports, metrics, and insights to stakeholders
Stay up to date with recruiting best practices, market trends, and emerging AI technologies in talent acquisition
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a sales and high-growth environment
Demonstrated experience recruiting for high-volume roles, particularly sales and revenue-generating positions
Experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to support sourcing, screening, and pipeline management
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, including high-volume requisitions
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruiting analytics platforms
High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
