Requirements
1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Demonstrated experience running full-cycle recruiting processes, with a track record of strong hiring outcomes
Experience recruiting for professional roles in fast-growing organizations (startups, scale-ups, or rapidly expanding nonprofits) or relevant peer organizations such as impact-focused foundations
Comfort both sourcing candidates directly and managing inbound pipelines
Experience using an ATS (Ashby experience is a strong plus) and modern sourcing tools
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once
Ideal candidates will have existing networks in the AI safety and/or high-impact philanthropy space(s)
