Serve as the single point of contact for the CO and COR for all contractor performance matters.
Be available to the COR by telephone 0900-1700 ET, Monday-Friday.
Respond within 2 business days to COR requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems.
Manage day-to-day execution of all SOW requirements and ensure timely completion of deliverables (transition-in/out, monthly reporting cadence, QC plan, meetings).
Coordinate staffing, coverage, and continuity; manage risk and issue logs; escalate and resolve issues rapidly.
Ensure contractor personnel comply with all SCIF, security, and professional conduct requirements while working at Government facilities.
Maintain clear communication, action-item tracking, and status reporting; support government review/approval cycles for deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Active TS/SCI Clearance with at least one year remaining before reinvestigation requirement.
Demonstrated experience as a Project/Program Manager supporting Government customers, preferably in intelligence, national security, or DHS/IC environments.
Proven ability to manage performance in a SCIF/on-site environment with strict security and access controls.
Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to coordinate work across analysts/SMEs and stakeholders under time-sensitive conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
