Manages full implementation project life cycle from kick-off preparation through implementation completion and transition to support for small to mid-range projects
Manages customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, distribution of status briefings and onsite meetings
Interfaces with customer staff across levels and departments throughout project lifecycle
Influences customer attitudes, behaviors, and intentions throughout every phase of the implementation process, ensuring alignment, adoption, and long-term success
Ensures that all projects are executed properly maintaining customer satisfaction, along with attaining desired outcomes in cost, quality and delivery timeframes
Tracks project timelines updating the team with status reports in order to meet and exceed projected metrics
Works with management to determine resource management, project plans, and risk assessment in order to keep the customers on target
Works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues in order to optimize results while minimizing project costs
Partners with diverse departments such as Sales, Product, State reporting, and RCMS to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and achieve shared project goals
Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
5 years’ experience in project management or a related role
PMP preferred
Ability to manage multiple customer projects working with differing timelines
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Expertise in organization and multitasking
Able to juggle multiple projects at once with little to no direction
Use a consultative approach with clients and adapt communication style to the audience
