Marketing Specialist, Social Media

Role Overview

• Lead the day-to-day community management of each brand’s social media platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate responses, resolve issues, and answer questions
• Monitor social trends and pitch ideas for timely, relevant content
• Support the creative development of the university’s broader organic social media strategy

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of marketing and/or social media experience or subject matter expertise
• Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok)
• Experience in community management and audience engagement
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise
• Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location may be required
