Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, etc.).
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels.
Engage C-level and senior decision-makers to understand business needs and position D365 solutions effectively.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery through contract negotiation and close.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, licensing models, and competitive landscape.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Track sales activities and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and Microsoft partner activities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise technology sales.
Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft solutions (ERP/CRM).
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
