About this role
Role Overview
Serves as a point-of-contact for technical HR System issues from HR Service Unit and HR Business Users.
Troubleshoots system issues and researches solutions to improve system efficiencies.
Assists with testing and implementing of HR System upgrades or patches.
Collaborates with Business Users to capture and document requirements for HR System enhancements.
Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery and support.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
4 years
Experience with HRIS system optimization required.
2 Years
Project Management experience with demonstrated skills and successes.
Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs.
Workday experience preferred.
Emphasis on Employee Experience and Optimization.
