About this role

Work closely with IT Leadership team and management and our stakeholder groups to deliver projects on time and in scope
Coordinate with multiple teams and drive outcomes
Help turn basic business ideas into full requirements required for successful process
Attend multiple meetings per day and coordinate subsequent outcomes
Keep meeting minutes with clear action items and owners
Devise and update project plans
Work with senior program leaders to execute projects of varying size and complexity
Author and distribute regular weekly/biweekly updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged

3+ years of experience in Project, Program or Process Management or educational equivalent
BA of Business Administration, Marketing or similar degree preferred
Self starter that can independently learn and develop their own skill set
Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking, application development, application management
Flexibility working with a distributed team in multiple timezones and cultures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Coursework, certification in project management
