Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses
Works with management and team leaders to integrate ideas regarding business solutions development
Acts as a liaison between technology and business groups in the development of Salesforce CRM
Assists with project plans and coordinates resources to accomplish project tasks
Conducts business processes and systems analysis considering business implications
Assists with deliverables, cost, schedule and quality of enterprise solutions projects
Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency
Works with internal and external customers to resolve problems and enhance systems
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience (in addition to education requirement).
Preferred: PMI Certification
Effective communicator with the ability to lead and influence others
