About this role
Role Overview
Own the day-to-day operations of Kira’s office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and shared resources.
Coordinate office moves, expansions, or reconfigurations.
Ensure the office environment is safe and functional.
Manage relationships with office vendors.
Track contracts and invoices related to office operations.
Create a welcoming and organized office experience.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Plan and execute in-office events.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
Build repeatable, documented processes for office operations.
Recommend tools and workflows that improve efficiency.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or administrative roles.
Experience managing a large, high-traffic office environment.
Strong hospitality mindset.
Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable operating independently.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Comfortable switching between hands-on execution and higher-level planning.
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs.
Ability to be fully on-site in Tribeca, NYC five days per week.
