Maintain pay groups, payroll calendars, retroactivity, and absence/pay interaction rules
Support payroll processing cycles, audits, and reconciliations
Troubleshoot payroll calculation errors, interface failures, and time-to-pay discrepancies
Works with Payroll and departments to identify new opportunities and rollout new functionalities.
Maintain pay codes, work rules, accruals, and labor levels
Support timecard processing, pay rule configuration, and scheduling integration
Manage punch interpretation and pay calculation logic
Support upgrades, patches, and configuration migrations
Partner with operations to improve time capture accuracy and compliance
Maintains detailed knowledge of UKG product suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services.
Responsible for managing UKG Pro Workforce Management integration with payroll and other analytics systems.
Configures and maintains business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management and accruals.
Partner with UKG and IT to support the troubleshooting of time clocks and configurations.
Works with leaders and end-users to create data views and reports to improve productivity.
Works with HR and departments to identify new opportunities and rollout new functionalities.
Requirements
3+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
3+ years supporting UKG Workforce Management / Kronos
Experience with labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles.
Five (5) years related experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of standard UKG clock configuration and setups.
Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)
Knowledge of business operations/processes and using industry best practices/standards to complete analysis, design, and documentation.

Retirement
Employees are eligible for either the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) or the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP). TRS is a defined benefit retirement plan which UT Health matches employee contributions. ORP is for eligible faculty staff employees. Voluntary retirement programs are also available to invest before
or after-tax dollars with the choice of five quality retirement plan providers.
Time Off
A generous leave program offers multiple paid leave options:
Front-loaded Paid Time Off: 128 to 208 hours (16 to 26 days) of Paid Time Off based on years of service, given at the start of each fiscal year. PTO may be prorated in year one based on date of hire.
Extended Illness Bank: 8 hours (1 day) accrued per month which can be used for illness or injury after one day of Paid Time Off is taken.
Paid Family Leave: Up to 240 hours (6 weeks) to care for a spouse, child, or parent after 6 months of consecutive employment.
Holidays: 12 set paid holidays each year.
