Requirements
5+ years at least, ideally 10+ years, of People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally including at least 2 years where you owned end-to-end processes
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for professional roles, with evidence of excellent hiring outcomes
Experience building or significantly improving people systems in a fast-growing organization (startup, scale-up, or rapidly expanding nonprofit) or a relevant peer organization such as a large, impact-focused foundation
Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in at least one jurisdiction; ability to quickly learn others
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and projects simultaneously
Personnel management experience
Interest in AI Safety
Swedish operations experience is a nice-to-have.
