About this role
Role Overview
Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-volume, and/or specialized roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations to Senior Leadership and HR Director
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring initiatives
Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring data, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate management
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry functions
Partner with HR and Senior Leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in a specialized industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, government contracting, security, finance)
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
Experience mentoring junior recruiting staff
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar)
Experience with data analytics and recruiting metrics reporting
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
