Your primary goal is to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executive teams by executing high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach.
Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to target accounts
Send personalized SMS and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers
Attend and represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences
Engage attendees, capture new leads, and follow up post-event
Execute coordinated email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn Navigator sequences
Identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and BANT criteria
Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all touch points and prospect statuses in CRM
Hit weekly and monthly quota targets for qualified meetings
Share feedback with marketing on messaging and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals (cold calls, messages, meetings)
Comfortable operating in a fully remote/hybrid environment
Willingness to travel 10–20% for conferences and events
Demonstrated passion for a sales career (internships, campus involvement, clubs, etc.)
Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales organization
Confident and clear over the phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
Ability to craft concise, compelling outreach messages
Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound touches
Coachable attitude—open to feedback and continuous improvement
Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and prospecting tools (Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Navigator)
Quick to learn new sales tech and workflows
Excellent at juggling multiple cadences and follow-ups
Strong attention to detail in tracking activities and next steps

The gross salary for US employees could be between USD $51,255.00 to USD $60,350.00 depending on the cost of living in your location.
On top of the base compensation, there is a quarterly commission structure with the possibility of earning USD $60,000 of commission per year.
We also offer options into the company equity through our $HOST token (RSU's), with a grant value of up to $7,100.00, to share in the long-term upside value of the company.
Separately, this role is eligible for up to an additional USD $243,664.00 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs). These PSUs do not vest over time and are granted only upon the achievement of clearly defined business performance targets.
