Collaborate with People Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and cross-functional leaders to deliver timely compensation insights and recommendations.
Design, build, and maintain compensation datasets, reporting and summary outputs, and stakeholder-facing tools.
Optimize compensation structures, pay programs, benchmarking methodologies, and reporting workflows.
Lead by example in applying data accuracy, analytical rigor, confidentiality, and consistent compensation standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 2-5 years of professional experience in data and compensation analysis, including delivering data insights and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with HiBob (compensation), equity management platforms (e.g., Carta, Slice, and others), ADP integrations, compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer), benchmarking methodologies, and advanced Excel and analytic tools.
