About this role
Role Overview
Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage, timely renewals, and policy retention
Process endorsements, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and claims support with efficiency and attention to detail
Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Maintain detailed documentation within the agency management system while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines
Collaborate with team members to improve processes, enhance client experience, and support continued agency growth
Requirements
Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
Current South Carolina Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain one quickly)
Knowledge of Personal Insurance and Insurance industry
Understanding of Employee Benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
