Role Overview
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage, timely renewals, and policy retention
- Process endorsements, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and claims support with efficiency and attention to detail
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Maintain detailed documentation within the agency management system while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, enhance client experience, and support continued agency growth
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
- Current South Carolina Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain one quickly)
- Knowledge of Personal Insurance and Insurance industry
- Understanding of Employee Benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- Eastern Standard Time
