Recruiter – EMEA Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

• deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions
• leverage the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process
• build strong partnerships with business and HR stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in‑house)
• proven sourcing and hiring capability at scale
• knowledge of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and their practical application across sourcing, screening and hiring processes
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• fluent English
• fluent German and/or Spanish would be advantageous
• technical recruitment experience within insurance and/or experience with AI‑enabled recruitment tools is a plus
