About this role
Role Overview
Conduct 6-10 demo calls with prospective clients daily.
Develop and deliver tailored presentations that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
Manage a sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of deals and timely follow-up.
Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure lead quality and gather feedback.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing 20+ deals per month.
Requirements
**Experience: **3+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on closing deals.
**Proven Track Record: **Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
**Sales Skills: **Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
**Technical Proficiency: **Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
**Mindset: **Highly self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with a passion for sales.
**Industry Knowledge: **Experience in staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, or professional services is a plus.
