Serve as the primary point of contact for brand and marketing teams for all platform-related needs, questions, and requests
Develop a deep understanding of each brand’s nuances, show objectives, timelines, and marketing strategies to accurately capture platform requirements
Gather, document, and prioritize brand and show-specific requirements across platforms, including: Marketing automation, Event registration platforms, Event mobile applications, Billing and show setup platforms
Translate brand requirements into clear, actionable inputs for Platform Managers and delivery teams
Identify and manage dependencies, sequencing, and impacts across multiple platforms to ensure coordinated and timely execution
Partner closely with Platform Managers to review requirements, confirm feasibility, align on approach, and support successful implementation
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple brands and shows, ensuring commitments are met
Validate that implemented solutions align with documented brand requirements and business objectives prior to launch
Proactively surface risks, gaps, or misalignment and work with Platform Managers and stakeholders to drive resolution
Facilitate ongoing communication between brand teams and platform teams to ensure transparency and shared understanding
Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., for requirements summarization, documentation, workflow efficiency, or insights) to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency of processes
Provide structured feedback and insights to Platform Managers to inform playbooks, training materials, and repeatable workflows
Identify recurring brand needs and process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline cross-platform delivery.
Requirements
Experience working within a B2B event, tradeshow, experiential marketing environment, or related field preferred
Proven experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical or operations teams
Strong project management capabilities, including managing timelines, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives
Comfort working across integrated digital platforms and understanding cross-system dependencies
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
Ability to manage multiple brands and shows concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
Self-starter who works independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and scalable processes
Experience and comfort adopting new tools and technologies, including practical use of AI to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
