Assess the current dealer network and support the implementation of training and development initiatives to improve dealer performance, drive growth, and help expand market reach.
Assist in developing and executing business development strategies that support long-term revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, new customer segments, and market expansion opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry partners to support continued business growth.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive activity, and new areas for potential expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams—such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development—to support alignment of business goals and customer needs.
Support and collaborate with sales team members to help achieve performance targets and business development goals.
Prepare regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and growth opportunities for leadership.
Assist in negotiating and closing contracts and agreements that support company objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build strategic relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully executing business strategies.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
