Own revenue analytics and reporting infrastructure.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data insights.
Build and maintain critical dashboards that track key revenue metrics.
Identify trends and opportunities in our counterparty lifecycle.
Ensure data accuracy across our revenue tech stack.
Perform cohort analyses and forecasting to support strategic planning.
Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual work.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on distribution productivity, pipeline health, and onboarding efficiency.
Support strategy development and measurement.
Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and bookings reconciliation.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, revenue operations, or business intelligence roles, preferably with experience within the insurance industry
Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms.
Advanced Excel skills, along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations is crucial, as is Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
